What are the shipping and receiving hours?
Our warehouse is open from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm until 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time. Please visit the contact page for further information and directions to our warehouse.
What is your minimum order?
We have no minimum order or minimum order fee. Our glass and plastic products are sold by the case. Our buckets, lids, caps and corks are sold individually. You can order from just one case to a full truckload.
Do you give volume pricing and discounts?

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. Checks or money orders are welcomed, please make them payable to: Shore Container. Also, you may apply for credit terms by faxing credit and bank references to (757) 678-5009. Orders requesting credit terms for the first time may take up to 3 to 5 days to process.
When will my order ship?
Most in stock orders are shipped the same day if they are placed by11:00 amEastern Standard Time. We do our best to ship products as quickly and efficiently as possible. We work with many different freight companies to keep shipping charges down on all large orders.
How will my order be shipped?
Most orders are shipped through UPS Ground unless otherwise requested. Also, we offer UPS Express shipping that can be selected at checkout. Large orders are shipped Common Carrier or Freight Line on pallets. USPS will be used on small orders and when requesting samples.
What are the shipping charges?How can I track my order?
We have two classifications when shipping:
1. Orders 150 pounds or less: Shipping charges will be determined at the time of checkout through our UPS online shipping calculator. These options will appear if the total items in your cart weigh less than 150 pounds. If you do not see any shipping information available, this usually means that the total items in your cart weigh over 150 pounds or that you have entered an invalid shipping address. Please remove some items from your cart until the total weight is 150 pounds or less and place your order. You will then have to place a separate order online for the remaining items or please contact us at (757) 678-5008, toll free at (877) 318-4818 or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote.
2. Orders Over 150 pounds: Will be shipped Common Carrier or Freight Line on pallets. Please contact us at (757) 678-5008, toll free at (877) 318-4818 or through email at email@example.com for a freight quote and to place your order.
When your order is ready for shipment you will be sent an email notifying you of the shipment notification and the tracking information. Orders shipped through UPS can be tracked through www.ups.com or by logging on to your account. UPS Ground shipping can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to be delivered depending on where you live. Common Carrier and Freight Line shipments will be issued a Pro Number to track their delivery status.
Can I order samples?
Yes, current customers can call or email for sample requests. New customers can contact us at (757) 678-5008, toll free at (877) 318-4818 or through email at firstname.lastname@example.org for up to two sample requests.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
We can ship outside of the US. Please contact us at email@example.com for international inquires. Customers are responsible for any duties and customs fees.
What if some of my order is damaged or missing?
Please inspect your shipment upon delivery and report any damages to the carrier. Damaged shipments are rare and need to be reported to us immediately. Shipments that have been damaged will be refunded or replaced.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not offer a printed catalog. All of our current pricing and inventory is online. However, we do offer printed brochures with pricing.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order, since we pride ourselves on fast shipments. Orders that are canceled after being packed or shipped are subject to return shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
What happens if I need to return my order?
All returns require proper authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If a return is needed, please contact us at (757) 678-5008, toll free at (877) 318-4818 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a return authorization number will be issued, along with details on how to return your item. All returns and /or claims must be made within 15 days of receipt and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
How do you package and sell your glass and plastic containers?
Please check the items specific page for how that item is packed and sold. This will be located underneath the full size picture following the item number and description of the product. The price and quantity box will correspond to how that item is packed and sold.
Do you sell your glass containers individually or by the case?
We sell and price our glass containers by the case. Our glass containers are not sold individually. One quantity equals one case.
Do you sell your plastic containers individually or by the case?
We sell and price our plastic containers individually and by the case. Please check the items specific page for how that item is packed and sold.
Do you sell your buckets and bucket lids individually?
Yes, our buckets and bucket lids are sold and priced individually. One quantity equals one bucket or bucket lid.
Do you sell your caps and corks individually?
Yes, but we have a minimum order of 12 caps or corks. One quantity equals one cap or cork.
