Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.  The original shipping charges are not refundable.  All returns require proper authorization.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  If a return is needed, please contact us at (757) 678-5008, toll free at (877) 318-4818 or by email at orders@shorecontainer.com and a return authorization number will be issued, along with details on how to return your item.
